You must make social security contributions (Retraite Québec, Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec, Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail).
But what should you do if you or your employees are temporarily assigned to work in a foreign country?
Request a certificate of coverage from the Bureau des ententes de sécurité sociale (BESS) of Retraite Québec. You, and your employee, will save money, since this certificate will allow you to make contributions only to Québec. Of course, your employees must meet certain requirements.
Note
that...
The services of the Bureau des ententes de sécurité sociale are free of charge.
